There are too many positive things, and in the absence of having read other reviews, I don't want to repeat prior positive comments. So to be brief, the selection is fantastic, the prices are great, the shipping policy is wonderful, and the customer service people have been very responsive. I buy a case a month. There are wines they don't have that local providers do carry, and so it is not my only source of wine, but if I had to limit myself to one source, B‑21 would quite likely be it.
