The 2018 Moscofilero (as Skouras spells it) comes in with four grams of residual sugar, 6.6 grams of total acidity and 12% alcohol. George Skouras called this a rainy vintage (which he sought to combat in various ways described in the producer note this issue), but this is a pretty good result. In fact, you might want to buy a lot to drink over the next couple of years. They say fine wineries show their stuff in tough years. I guess Skouras is pretty good.
