Hand-picked, open-fermented, 8 days on skins, matured mainly in used oak for 18 months. The colour isn't as deep as its Lioness sibling; yet to come together as convincingly, but will improve.

This has attractive aromas of fresh cranberries an red plums with a streak of leafy and herbal notes. The palate has very ripe red-berry flavors in a soft bed of tannin and some milk chocolate at the finish. Easy. Drink now. Screw cap.
