I hadn’t used B21 previously. They had a particular gin we don’t have locally. They did a great job communicating about my order, packed the bottles securely, and allowed a drop‑ship so I didn’t have to worry about being home to sign for it. Overall, a great experience!

They are excellent to do business with. Organized and easy to order online from. The only issue I find is when I search on line and generalize my search, like fortified wine it will show no results. Also I would like to be able to request a specific wine, in this case, Blandy's 10 year Malmsey madeira. I haven't found an easy way to communicate that. But other than this they have been excellent.
