Medium-dry has a bad name for no good reason, as this juicy and energetic riesling shows. Brimming with white peach, star fruit and fresh herb aromas, it is sleek and barely medium-bodied with a long, very clean finish.

Bottled with 17 grams per liter of residual sugar and nine grams per liter of total acidity, the 2023 Rheingau Riesling Tradition is a clear, bright, fresh and inviting Rheingau classic that is light, lush and fruity and finishes with savory salinity and mineral grip. This is a gorgeous wine to have with spicy dishes. It comes from younger vines in the Wasseros/Monte Nostrum.

Built from vineyard blocks neighbouring the estate's top sites, this off-dry modern rendition of a Rheingau classic is complete on the nose with candied lemons, ripe yellow peach flesh, and a tense salty spice component. The palate is balanced nicely, with tart citrus cream, a kiss of sweet pineapple, and a salty kiss at the finish.
