An alluring blend of cola and sweet herbs comes together with blueberry sauce and hints of pine as the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass. This washes across the palate with cooling acidity and silky textures as crisp red and black fruits cascade across the palate. It leaves a licorice and cocoa resonance and a coating of gentle tannins, finishing with medium length. I’d prefer a bit more depth, but I can’t argue when considering the price of entry.

Lush blackberry jam, toasted oak and light caramel aromas converge on the nose of this bottling. There are ample fruit flavors of blackberry and strawberry on the palate, all warmed up by licorice and light herb flavors.
