Attractively fresh aromatics of apple and pear with yellow flowers. It’s full-bodied, generous and broad, with an expansive feel on the palate, and good depth and length. It really has that old-vine resonance, a combination of freshness and generosity, and would do well alongside food. 95- to 100-year-old vines.
