There are unexpected depths within, as soft textural orchard fruits cascade across a core of zesty acidity and salty minerals. A pleasant balance of sweet and sour keeps the expression wildly fresh, as the 2021 fades with sapid citrus tones and a hint of young mango. The Regaleali Bianco is a blend of 36% Inzolia, 34% Catarratto, 25% Grecanico and 5% Chardonnay.
