Light yellow-green. Aromas of yellow pear and yellow apple, fine herbal aromas (green tea, but also hay), nutty background (sesame, walnut), with a period of tropical impact (passion fruit, pineapple); very differentiated and close-knit, also on the palate, where a similar taste is shown. There is also a slightly white bread note; the body is light, minerality and acidity make it lighter.
