Employing state-of-the-art technology and top viticultural experts, including famed enologist Michel Rolland, to determine the optimal site for each type of grape, the estate's 50 hectares of organically certified vineyards are planted with a mix of international varietals as well as the indigenous Sangiovese in the region's sandy, stony soils known as tufa.
