From a 1.5ha parcel on east-facing slopes in Concoeur, the wine was picked at 13.6% potential alcohol, with ripe and healthy stems, so Lamarche fermented with 30% whole bunches. It was bottled after 12 months in cask, in order to retain its forward, fetching red berry fruit and silky finesse on the palate.
