Naming her estate for her grandmother, grower/winemaker Dominique Moreau has been making vintage Champagnes from her tiny, 2.5-hectare vineyard since 2005, all crafted in a zero-dosage style. Located in Champagne’s southernmost region, geographically closer to Chablis than Epernay, Dominique farms her low-yielding estate vineyard with biodynamic principles, its southern location sharing Chablis’ slightly warmer temperatures and Kimmeridgian limestone soil, resulting in richly textured Pinot Noir with matching acidity.
