Pale yellow, clear. Powerful with aromas of very ripe fresh fruit and a touch of white peach. Rich and complex, with notes of a compote of ripe fruit. Well balanced with a good acidity. Serving temperature: 9 to 11°C. May be served with fish such as turbot, John Dory or red mullet, as well as with crustaceans such as lobster and scampi.
