The 2019 Right Bank Proprietary Red Reserve checks in as 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a complex, medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated red delivering beautiful blue fruits, some peppery herb and lead pencil-like nuances, ripe tannins, and outstanding length. It’s well worth your time and money.

A blend of 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Palazzo's 2019 Proprietary Red Reserve is sourced primarily from Carneros, but it's labeled with the broader Napa Valley AVA. A bit herbal and tomato-like on the nose, those notes give way to more cherries, vanilla and cedar in the mouth. It's medium to full-bodied, with a rich, velvety texture and decent length on the finish.
