Bright pink. Raspberry and blood orange on the highly fragrant nose. Lively and precise, with very good depth to its spicy red berry and rose pastille flavors. Picks up a musky anise nuance with air and finishes with excellent clarity and mineral-driven persistence. I like the blend of of power and vivacity in this lithe Champagne.

The NV Brut Grand Rose is an absolutely delicious wine, particularly at the NV level. This is a serious rose, which is immediately evident in the wine’s dark hue and dense, full-bodied personality. Their wine possesses layers of candied Pinot fruit, all woven together in a rich, sensual style. This sweeping, large-scaled rose will offer its finest drinking at the dinner table. This is Lot 235066, disgorged November 6, 2007. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2011.

Fine intensity and expression in this light- to medium-bodied Champagne, exhibiting a candied, cherry confit character to its flavors. Balanced and juicy, with good persistence. Drink now.
