"Nose - Marmalade on toast; beautiful, sweet fruit, dash of soft rye and edge of saltiness. Palate - Spicy, busy start; early arrival of cocoa but a playfully biting, tastebud-nipping character stars. Finish - Loads of cocoa balances out vanilla. A dry, slightly oily but magnificently long finish.
