Winemaker Notes
Our Pinot Grigio is crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes harvested at optimal maturity levels. The wine was made "in bianco" or "in the white," referring to the vinification process that transforms the blue-gray colored berries into delicate white wine. A soft pressing was used to enhance flavor extraction while imparting minimal color from the skins. The juice was fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and a selection of specific yeast was added at a temperature of 18ºC. After settling, the wine was cold stabilized, filtered and bottled under sterile conditions, avoiding malolactic fermentation and preserving the fruit characteristics of the wine.
Tasting Notes
This wine has a clear, straw yellow color, with light golden reflections. Notes of light citrus and delicate floral aromas are complemented by hints of tropical fruit flavors. The wine is full bodied, with a pleasantly soft palate and a long finish.
