Made from 50% Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Clairette, the stone fruits pulse ripely and roundly with peach and apricot and nectarine qualities. The lusciousness of those fruits propped up by the retention of acidity by little or no malolactic fermantation and no oak as well.
