2009 Santa Rita Chardonnay Reserva, Casablanca Valley (750ml)

The 2009 Chardonnay Reserva saw 25% of the wine aged in oak sur lie with batonnage, the balance in stainless steel. Aromas of toast, melon, pear, apple, and hazelnuts lead to a nicely proportioned, medium-bodied, ripe wine with excellent depth and concentration. It is an excellent value that over-delivers in a big way.
