Showing similar to a bottle a year ago, the 2008 Domaine de la Janasse Côtes du Rhône, a blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 15% Carignan, and 5% Cinsault, has medium intensity aromas of sweet cherries, spices, pepper, and a touch of garrigue. Medium bodied with an easy going, fresh and balanced character, this should drink well over the next 3 to 5 years.

The 2008 Cotes du Rhone exhibits spice box, garrigue, red cherry, and black currant aromas and flavors in a pure, medium-bodied, fruity format. It is best drunk over the next 2-3 years.
