Domaine Tempier uses no herbicides in the vineyards. The "Classique", as this wine is called, is made from Mourvedre (70%), Grenache (15%), the balance between Cinsault and Carignan, fermented and aged in laarge oak casks (25-75hl) and bottled without filtering. It is a composite of Wine from various estate vineyard sites.
