Limited in varietal grassiness yet clean, fruity and well-balanced, this mid-sized Sauvignon smacks of sweet lemons with a touch of green melons in the mix. It hints at candy, is fairly frontal and narrows a bit at the end, but it maintains good focus and is a satisfying, eminently drinkable wine for the price. 86 points Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine Volume 32 Issue 11: September 2008
Grassy, with gooseberry and feline aromas that are pretty strong. Feels crisp and clean in the mouth, with citrus, green apple, fig and spice flavors that finish slightly sweet and sugary. 86 points Wine Enthusiast 7/1/2009
