(25% each of grenache blanc, clairette, roussanne and bourboulenc) Light yellow. Ripe peach and melon aromas are complicated by thyme, yellow rose and smoky minerals. Weighty and broad on the palate, with a chewy texture reminiscent of a red wine. Becomes oilier on the finish, which strongly repeats the melon note.

A very crisp, minerally style, with green apple, lime and fleur de sel notes backed by stone fruit and blanched almond on the finish. Drink now. 165 cases made.
