1999 Salicutti Brunello di Montalcino: "This is a cult producer from Montalcino. Very pretty aromas of flowers, blackberries and lightly toasted oak. Full-bodied, with a solid core of ripe fruit and velvety tannins. It lasts for a minute on the finish. A joy to taste. Not the 1997, but very impressive.
