The 2022 Rosato Furia di Calafuria wafts up with an enticing blend of sage and sweet smoke, giving way to sour melon aromas. It’s soft and soothing on the palate, with a candied lime sweetness, saline minerals and tart orchard fruits. The 2022 keeps the mouth watering for more, tapering off with a tropical citrus tinge. It remains remarkably fresh on the finish.
