I have called their support line re delivery of a pre‑order and was very pleased with their level of support in delivering wine around a time period when traveling and\or not available to take receipt. Only thing I don’t like is UPS charges an access point fee to drop off five dollars per case I would have it shipped to my apartment but you have to be present to sign for it and UPS is terrible about arranging that

Swirls of black raspberry ice cream and dark chocolate combine in Vignon's 2019 Gigondas, a blend of 95% Grenache and 5% Mourvèdre from numerous small parcels dotted around the appellation. Matured in a large wooden vat, there's no apparent oak aromas or flavors, just the purity of old-vine fruit, creamy tannins, ample concentration and a bright, vibrant—and long—finish. With its combination of intensity and tension, it should drink well for a decade or more.

Deep, brilliant ruby. Expressive aromas of ripe dark berries, cherry and candied licorice are complemented by floral and smoky mineral nuances. Tightly focused black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors show very good clarity, becoming sweeter as the wine opens up. Finishes juicy, taut and long, with lingering dark fruit and spice character. Harmonious tannins add shape and final grip.
