Ripe melon flesh and quince peel notes on the nose promise savory fruit. The palate bursts in with luscious, intense fruit that spills over with grapefruit zest and gorgeously bitter notions of citrus pith and quince peel while a lightning streak of freshness freezes everything into precision. There is much going on here, riotously so, and despite all the sweetness it is this rapier freshness that makes this moreish. Drink by 2050.
