This store provides EXCEPTIONAL online service, including the absolute BEST customer service one can ever hope to find. I have a very strong appreciation for great service and do not mind paying the price to get it. My shopping experience has been nothing less than superb with this store. The team has worked very quickly to resolve any issues I have had, including making sure that my favorite wine was restocked for online purchase. Also, on one occasion, my order for a case of wine arrived with only 10 bottles. I sent an email to Customer Service to let them know and within a few hours they had shipped the two bottles to me. A very special thanks to McKenzie in Customer Service for always stepping up and resolving my issues and making sure I am able to order the wines of my choice. Lastly, when I relocated to Alabama and learned that the State does not allow private citizens to receive wine shipped in from wine clubs and stores like Total Wine, which have always been the two main places where I’ve purchased my wine, I was very disappointed. However, when I discovered B‑21, my wine shopping issues were immediately resolved, as B‑21 has a relationship with ABC Liquor and other establishments where I am able to order online and B‑21 ships it directly to ABC for me to pick up. Now, living in a small town with limited places for wine purchases does not have any affect on my ability to purchase good, quality wine. Thank you, B‑21, for an exceptional shopping experience! I am extremely pleased with B‑21 and will be a lifelong customer.
