A tightly knit Champagne, backed by racy acidity, this is fresh and harmonious, with a finely detailed mousse and a delicate range of black raspberry, pickled ginger and chalk flavors, offering a touch of salted almond that echoes on the finish. Drink now through 2024. 2,000 cases imported.

Wafting from the glass with a generous bouquet of golden orchard fruit, dried white flowers, beeswax and fresh pastry, the new release of Gosset's NV Brut Grande Réserve is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and generous. Though it retains the house's signature incisive acids, it's unusually textural and enveloping out of the gates.
