Runnings of coriander and citric zest with a softness of malt and yeast. Spicy clove right up front, ghost like pine or spruce ... could be anise and an earthy mix from the yeast. Hopping is hidden for the most part. Dry malt and grain, tartness grows middle to end with a lemon meringue flavour. Chalky yeast and a stalled tartness give the finish. Relentless crisp carbonation that has ending wakes of smoothness in the light to moderate body. Overly quenching. Quite an exciting brew, top of the list for me … just what I have always wanted in a witbier.
