Based on the 2014 vintage and disgorged in October 2019 with 7.5 grams per liter dosage, Soutiran's NV Brut Grand Cru Perle Noire offers aromas of pear, honeycomb, gingerbread and iodine. Full-bodied, textural and enveloping, it's vinous and fleshy, with a generous core of fruit and a fine but youthfully frothy mousse.

This blanc de noirs was fermented in wood before bottling. Produced from the 2014 harvest, the Champagne is now maturing well, showing richness as much as fruit. There is crisp texture at the end, giving a mineral aftertaste to the wine. Drink now.
