Disgorged in January 2020 with 3.8 grams per liter dosage, the latest release of Soutiran's NV Brut Grand Cru Signature is based on the 2014 vintage with 66% reserve wines from 2013. Despite its recent disgorgement, it's already quite expressive, opening in the glass with notes of honeyed green orchard fruit, fresh bread and peaches. Medium to full-bodied, lively and vinous, it's more reserved on the palate, but it's beautifully balanced and displays promising depth at the core. With six months or more on cork, it should really start to sing.

A blend of the 2013 and 2014 vintages plus reserve wine, this Champagne has concentration as well as intense white fruit. Its freshness comes from the mineral and structured blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Drink this bottling now.
