Gold color. Aromas and flavors of caramel sauce, salted butterscotch, incense and leather, and chocolate covered orange with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, refreshing, medium-length finish with elements of candied ginger and mixed nuts with caramel, honeycomb, orange cream, and cinnamon. An excellent example of Irish Whiskey, nicely balanced with sherry cask influence.

Concentrated caramel leads the nose and palate. Hints of dark chocolate and espresso balance it out, finishing with cayenne pepper tingle. This is a five-year-old whiskey finished in oloroso sherry casks.
