Nicely herbal on the nose, with overtones of vanilla and a hint of tobacco leaf adding to the overall fragrance. The palate is deliciously creamy, with whipped cream, a hint of citrus, orange slices, warm brownies, a light nuttiness, and more tobacco leaf on the back palate. Plenty of spice and grip, with water adding dark chocolate and black coffee. A quality dram that hits all the bells—length, depth, complexity, and sheer enjoyability.
