A collaboration between rum producer Roberto Serralles and nightlife impresario Rande Gerber, this clear rum has a mild, sweet coconut flavor and a faint citrusy tang. Made with rum aged up to four years, it's presented in a rustic-looking bottle with a rope coiled around the neck. Mix it into fruity daiquiris and mai tais.
