When the sea air from the Mediterranean meets the mountain air from the Alps, high concentrations of essential oils give unique and extraordinary aromatic properties to the juniper, which is foraged in the Occitan Alpine Valleys of Italy. Since the last century, Bordiga has distilled the juniper handpicked in the Occitan valleys, to produce what can be called among the oldest Italian gin recipes: Gin occitan, recently joined by premium, modern recipes born from Bordiga creativity and respectful of its tradition and quality. The production process of the juniper distillation is totally carried out in Bordiga.
