Sauvignon Blanc from Napa, California

Fidelio is well-balanced, tipping neither toward the oaky or grassy end of the spectrum. Its rounded texture comes from lees stirring and neutral barrel ageing. Fidelio is our version of a fine white Bordeaux, beautifully structured, expansive on the palate, and wonderfully complex. Fidelio is the only white wine in Realm’s portfolio. The Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from two iconic vineyards, Farella, our cool-climate Estate vineyard in the Coombsville AVA, and Gamble Family Vineyard in Yountville. Sourcing from both a cool and warmer site imbues the wine with a broad range of fruit characteristics, and multiple picks adds to the spectrum of flavors and textures.
