Attractive nose of papayas, chopped apples and some anise. Hints of salted butter. Creamy and medium- to full-bodied, with subtle spice elements and a tasty, lightly phenolic finish. Drink now. Screw cap.

Aged in stainless steel (85%) and in used barriques (15%) for 20 months and bottled in early May this year, the 2022 Pinot Gris trocken offers a clear and intense nose of ripe white seed fruits and floral (hyacinths) aromas intertwined with discreet sur lie aromas. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate, this is a pure, savory and finely tannic dry Pinot Gris backed up by a serious saline/mineral structure and healthy phenolic grip. This is a bright and very stimulating yet full-bodied and ripe Pinot Gris for many gastronomic occasions. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2024.
