Aromas of dark wild berries, spices and smoke mingled with animal and carnal notes preface the 2022 Chinon Les Granges, a medium-bodied, juicy and round wine with structured tannins and a dry, short finish that also displays carnal undertones. Crafted from vines rooted in sandy, gravelly soils, it’s matured for nine months in concrete tanks.

Refreshment is key to the 2022 Les Granges. Light in body, it offers pure, clean Cabernet Franc fruit with a lightly spiced blackcurrant flavor. This is the domaine's entry offering. It's perky, bright and ripe with all the requisite mouthwatering acidity you'd classically expect from this variety in this region.
