A charming Italian dry frizzante wine, Prosecco all but in name. Due to the technicalities of Italian wine laws this wine ought have a mushroom cork, but as they've opted for a crown cap they're unable to call it Prosecco, it's made with the same process from the main Prosecco grape, Glera. Farming is sustainable with some biodynamic practices incorporated. Notes of honey, white flowers and green apples without any sweetness.
