I have called their support line re delivery of a pre‑order and was very pleased with their level of support in delivering wine around a time period when traveling and\or not available to take receipt. Only thing I don’t like is UPS charges an access point fee to drop off five dollars per case I would have it shipped to my apartment but you have to be present to sign for it and UPS is terrible about arranging that

The 2021 Machete is a blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Zinfandel. Deep garnet-purple in color, it swaggers out with bold, confident notes of black cherry preserves, mulberries, and peppered salami with hints of rose oil and star anise. The full-bodied palate is lively and vibrant, with soft tannins and a zippy finish.
