I've bought on‑line from them well over a dozen times now, and they always are I'm As WSET L3 certified along with IWS and FWS, I do get quite a bit of wine for my certifications and just enjoyment. I've used multiple shops online and B‑21 is fantastic to work with! Great customer service when you have a question and even when I've had a bad bottle, they are quick to make it right! Amazing ! The Wine came on the date as expected. The prices were phenomenal. The wine was packed to perfection so there was no chance of breakage. I am very impressed ! I will be ordering from B‑21 again ! I also finally figured out what the name means. Very clever !

B‑21 has been great. The CDL shipping they use apparently cannot follow instructions. Signature is required for delivery. 2 times now they have left the box out front of my workplace... with people inside... on a public sidewalk and the box is clearly labeled... "Alcohol" Signature required. The building they are leaving the box in front of has a full‑service receiving warehouse open everyday except Sunday at 730 am. The warehouse is literally 20 yards to the right of the building...where no doubt... trucks can be seen in that area as you pull in. Everyday. Not sure what the problem is with CDL Shipping. Not impressed.
