This offers notes of ripe plums and blackberries with dark chocolate, sweet spices and moist earth. Spiced and racy with medium to full body and fine, but slightly chewy tannins before a chalky finish with some earthy undertones to it. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

The 2021 Merlot is composed of 81% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it motors out with pronounced notes of juicy plums and black raspberries, leading to hints of tar, unsmoked cigars, and dusty soil. The medium to full-bodied palate reveals expressive plum and earthy flavors with a light chewiness to the texture and a savory lift on the finish.
