The varietal 2021 Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes 100% from ungrafted vines in Luján de Cuyo on deep sandy soils. It has notes of morrón peppers and herbs, with good ripeness and some grainy tannins. It's varietal, balanced and approachable. 110,000 bottles produced.
