The 2020 Savatiano is unoaked, dry and comes in at 12.7% alcohol. This is a lovely Savatiano this year—fresh, clean and vibrant. The good fruit burbles up, supported by nice acidity. It's friendly but lively. The depth is reasonable and typical. This likely isn't going anywhere in terms of improving through aging, but for early drinking, it's a pleasure. It's worth leaning up on it today. It's a nice value.
