I love the speed and pricing and have shopped here for many years, but I am very upset that I can buy J Lohr merlot, J Lohr chardonnay, but you say the J Lohr cabernet that I have been buying since 2015 is no longer for sale online, you only sell that in your store. I called to ask and they said No I can't buy the cabernet, because of the distributor. I'd like to know the name of your distributor. I will call them myself. I'm a good customer, and would love the opportunity to buy some J Lohr Cabernet.

B‑21 did fine with the wine no issues. However, the delivery company dropped off the package at my next‑door neighbor's house and no one signed for it. Fortunately, I was taking their postal to their house and noticed a large box with my name and address on it. Rang their doorbell and discussed the situation with my neighbor. Checked the delivery company's website and saw that the package was delivered and that I signed for it (not true).

I debated a one or two star downgrade based on poor communication from B‑21 about the shipment; zero communication from the carrier about the status of the shipment; and the "surprise" unscheduled delivery. I went with a one star downgrade... In today's world of ecommerce and customer expectations, these issues are an easy fix! B‑21's prices are fair and they have a pretty good selection. Placing the order and setting up an account was easy. It took about 10 days for the order to be processed and delivered, which would be OK ‑ if B‑21 better communicated status and tracking information for the shipment. It was Day 7 before I received a little information from B‑21, and that info came because on Day 5, I requested the status of the shipment. The carrier never provided a tracking number, despite B‑21 customer service indicating that would happen. On Day 10, with no notice or window for delivery, a guy showed up in a pickup with no company markings or uniform and delivered the shipment. It was just dumb luck that I was home to accept & sign for the shipment.

I love B‑21 services, but I hate FedEx services. I first received messages that the delivery will be on Monday, instead of Sunday, then that it will on Sunday, then that it will be on Sunday between 10:15 am and 4:00 pm, then that the packages are on the vehicle, then that they allegedly attempted to deliver (2 packages at 9:53 am and another 2 at 10:08 am) but that nobody answered the door, and on and on, and on Monday at 6:00 pm, still no delivery was made, even though there was – allegedly – another delivery attempt at 2:42 pm, while no attempt was made.
