Lots of dark fruit on the nose and palate, such as blackberries and blueberries, as well as some crushed stones. It’s medium-to full-bodied with chewy tannins and a fresh, linear finish. Brightness to this. Drink now.

The darker and denser 2019 Gran Terroir Malbec feels unusually dark and ripe, with more tannins and somewhat more rusticity but showing the chalky tannins from Gualtallary. This would do well with powerful food. It's a more powerful expression of the grape and the place. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2020.
