Encouraging careful harvesting to guarantee optimal ripeness, negociant Tardieu-Laurent transports the wine from each grower after fermentation to their cellars in Provence, where each wine undergoes a unique aging regimen utilizing a mix of new and used French oak barrels and foudres.
