The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon 1865 Selected Vineyards was aged for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels, 20% of them new. Maroon in the glass, it delivers quite ripe but gentle aromas of black currant and blackberry. Indulgent and smooth with a cleansing feel. The lengthy aftertaste is redolent with dark fruit.
