The 2019 La Valentina Spelt leads off with a mineral-intense and perfumed bouquet, as notes of bright cherry and white smoke fill the senses. It floods the palate with silky textures, further complemented by a mix of red and blue berry fruits with a stunning mix of vibrant acids and hints of tannin. The finish is long, teeming with energy, and buzzing with zesty spices and a slight herbal twang.
